'''....a place where the Limits of Reality are your own imaginations'''

A little less than a couple years ago - yunno, as a teenager🙂, there is this tendency to want to do everything doable - so, I wanted to create a YouTube channel...

...no, lemme start from the beginning...

A couple years ago, I was really obsessed with games; the commentary in FIFA, the attack combos and physics in mortal kombat, the ability to play against the game itself(You vs CPU), the ability of chess engines to outsmart me and 'chop' my queen; basically there was no game that wasn't fascinating in its own way. It was easier to believe that these tiny men hidden inside the console could think, learn and unlearn like any other human. I believed games were the most fascinating thing to exist ...until I met her

...until I met game development, she really changed my life. Game Development is possibly the only thing greater than Game Play. If game characters can be mistaken for real humans bundled inside a game (no wonder the size). Then Game developers should be mistaken for Gods, they literally create lives, planets, universes, name it!

...So, I wanted to start my Game Development career. The Universe always being on my side gave me a million dollar game Idea. But I still wasn't contented. I needed a youtube channel to connect to the world outside my room and log my progress, and the universe backed me once more unnamed.png 'Indie' was the only word that could fit and 'Go' was just the only word that completes 'indi' ... hence IndieGo

tbh, I have no idea on game development. I've made previous attempts, buh the type of games I imagined can't be done by the present me, nor by '2 years time' me alone. Indie games generally are all about the creativity which I couldn't care less about. I'm all about the animation, the action, the unrealness.... It really gets me. Buh for now, I just want to place one foot in front of the other and realize , 'oh!, it was the wrong foot'. and keep doing this until I begin to fly

I really made progress this week tho; 0.25%

Sunday, 9th

I joined Twitter; A new account to keep my alter ego and the crazy people he follows away from me. Took 6 hours to receive my verification code. my session had already expired; waited another hour. found out I had as evil twin using my name as his handle, reported him. Encouraged 2 of my brothers, each having a 6 year difference in age with me to enrol in a #100daysofcode python bootcamp, they did; Started my first project, everything ended so well...

Monday, 10th

My first time using EJS, My first time using node and express too but I was certain the bug was from the ejs. I spent the whole day trying to kill it; even had to seek help from a new friend I made in the green app buh got advices instead since he hadn't used ejs either. f87b996b171f4aa38660d5f5986665a9[1].jpg

Tuesday, 11th - Thursday, 13th

I got rid of the bug, it only took a good sleep. I realised my vanilla js was weak. I made more and more mistakes and regretted not versioning it with git. The project I spent my whole life building up only took a back stab from Black Zetsu to fall. But on a brighter side, Twitter got unbaned, I could literally see the universe trying to favour its protagonist, me

Friday 14th - now

I started 'Project Tsuki no Me' afresh ...or rather 'project todo List'. I stole the idea of an animated navbar, included a lot of other features (e.g a bucket List) in the todo List. I almost spent the whole day starring at the screen that i started to feel like plankton. slept vertically, seated in my workspace and woke up horizontally, lying in bed.

Brushed up my little web app and published it. my first time and definitely no my last in heroku.

TL/DR:

My Personal ToDo List is Live on heroku. Dont add your own todos tho, create yours. T for thanks

Or you could hire me🙂
